I recently stayed at a hotel by the river and had a great experience. the room was incredibly cozy and had all the amenities I needed, including toothpaste and a bathrobe. The comfortable bed in the studio apartment was really spacious and made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the staff were fantastic and provided a warm welcome at reception.

That the hotel was a bit difficult to find due to some nearby constructions and the noise from the street was quite audible when the window was open. Other than that, everything was perfect.

I arrived at 9am and was settled with no problem though the official check- in is since 12. I even was offered a free breakfast on arrival! This is what you don't encounter very often in mid-range hotels.

Window view was grate, but i had one of the best room of the hotel. Even this room wasn't clean enough.

Staff was very poor and extremely suspicious, even I was staying in one of the most expensive rooms of the hotel. There was no fresh air in the room, but outside was to cold to keep window open. So over all experience is one of the unpleasant once. Pricing is same level as in Moscow or New-York but quality is a typical for province and remote regions.

This hotel is a great choice for travelers who want a good value for their money. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are comfortable and well-sized. I particularly enjoyed the views of the river from my room. Additionally, the buffet breakfasts were of high quality and provided a good start to the day.

The front desk staff is very professional and nice to help the guest. It is fabulous.

the bed in the standard room is a little bit small even for a slim woman.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful area near the river with a beautiful pedestrian walkway. It's conveniently close to the subway which makes it easy to access the city center. The friendly staff made our stay comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The hotel needs some renovation as the rooms were a bit outdated.

1) Waiting for a taxy always takes so much time (almost 1 hour) 2) the bar in the lobby is total rip-off (300 USD for 3 coffee and 150 gr. of calvados Reserve du Chateau, 8 years – Chateau du Breuil)

Comfort, breakfast and transfer

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location near the river was stunning, providing beautiful views from my room. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, from the comfortable beds to the clean and well-maintained facilities. Lastly, I have to mention the breakfast - it was simply outstanding. The variety and quality of the food, including some traditional Russian dishes, were beyond compare.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were faultless.

The overview is OK

Two separate mattress on the king size are a real disadvantage of the hotel! It makes your sleep uncomfortable. For the price I pay the quality of the mattress should be much higher

Great views of the Ob' river from the hotel and location convenient for city center and metro train. Helpful staff that speak English, free shuttle available. Clean rooms and good breakfast.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The restaurant located in the hotel offered great food and had a wide variety of options. Also, the breakfast buffet was amazing, offering both Russian and western-style dishes. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful with all inquiries made.

The hotel was located far from the city center and it was rather inconvenient to travel back and forth. Also, the decor was quite outdated and needed an upgrade. The front desk did not provide any information about the surrounding area, and it was difficult to find good places to visit on my own.

Great view and cozy room. the staff was really friendly and attentive. the breakfast buffet had a lot of options and the food was delicious. the location was near the river and perfect for a weekend getaway. the hotel offered a good value for the price.

The shower had a leaking problem and the bathroom floor was constantly wet. there was noise from the nearby outdoor cafes at night, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
